The Sunday Currently

📚🤓Reading: On a bit of a go-slow with the reading at the moment as I am in the thick of correcting Leaving Cert exams, but am dipping in and out of B.K. Borison's "Business Casual" (the last of her "Lovelight Farms" series, out in the coming weeks) which is as wonderful as the rest of the series so far. Set in a Christmas Tree farm in small-town America, the Romance series is beautifully atmospheric (how I wish I could visit Layla's Bakehouse!) and a lovely mix of sweet and spicy.

🎧🎶Listening: Again, not getting much listened to at the moment. I do have Carmel Harrington's "A Mother's Heart" out from Borrowbox, and am enjoying dipping in and out of it when time allows. Am also catching up on past episodes of the "Case File" podcast; I love having the ability to trawl through the back catalogue of a podcast I enjoy.

📺🎥Watching: Haven't watched TV properly in a few weeks, but have been keeping an eye on the recent GAA semi-finals (Hon the Rebels) and will be (half) watching the Euros final tonight.

❤️😍Loving: The long evenings; nothing like still being able to sit outside in brightness at 10 at night.

🌟🚀Looking forward to: Finishing correcting. By this time next week I should have my life back!

🙏🌼Grateful for: Nice weather, and kids who are old enough to genuinely enjoy their own and their siblings' company. The amount of imaginative play going on in our house these days is wonderful.
